Shipping & Returns

Every KIAMOND product is printed to order — your item goes into production when you place the order.

How long it takes: printing and packing takes 2–5 business days. After that the carrier takes over. Delivery windows for a single item, measured on real orders:

Add the two together for a realistic total: a hoodie ordered to the United States is typically 6–11 business days from payment to doorstep.

What shipping costs: shipping is worked out from your delivery address and what is in the cart, and the exact figure is shown at checkout before you pay anything. The first item carries most of the cost; a second item adds less than the first. The figures above are the starting point for a single item.

Tracking: every order gets a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans it. You can also look your order up at any time on the order tracking page using the reference from your confirmation email.

The honest caveats: delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and they exclude weekends and public holidays. Carriers are separate companies and occasionally lose a day, and the run-up to the winter holidays is slower than the rest of the year. If your parcel is late, email kiamondshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it.

If an address is incomplete the shipment can come back to the facility. In that case we will confirm a corrected address with you before it goes out again.

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or design preference — please check the size chart before ordering.

We will replace or refund your order if it arrives:

• damaged or defective,
• misprinted or with the wrong design,
• or is the wrong size/color versus what you ordered.

To claim: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost or refund you — your choice.
